One of the longest-running of the fiction semi-prozines is the Canadian On Spec, edited by a collective under general editor Diane L. Walton, which once again kept reliably to its publishing schedule in 2008, bringing out all four scheduled quarterly issues; unfortunately, I don’t usually find their fiction to be terribly compelling; best work here was probably by Marissa K.
